Call for Exhibitors

This announcement is for corporate exhibitors, who would like to participate in the exhibition without sponsorship. If you would like to become a sponsor, please see “Call for Sponsors”.

Exhibition Date

August 25th, 2025, at 13:00 – August 28th, 2025, at 16:00

Karuizawa Prince Hotel (West), Room Chikuma (tentative)

Booth

• On exhibition booth: W 1.8 m × D 0.9 m × H 2.1 m
• Equipment: Booth, White-Clothed Table (W 1.8 m × D 0.6 m), Two Chairs, Company Signboard
• Power supply is available.

Costs

One exhibition booth: 700,000 JPY

• Includes venue and booth set-up/removal costs.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of production, transportation, and labor on the day of the exhibition, etc.
• Up to three presenters for the exhibition per company/organization can attend the symposium as “Exhibitor”, who can join the exhibition only and cannot attend the other ISH 2025 events, namely technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and banquet.
• If you would like to attend all the ISH 2025 events, please register as a participant. Registered participants can be also exhibition presenters.
